How to Report a Claim
If you need to report a claim, the best way to do so is contacting your carrier directly at their dedicated claims number shown below.
You can also submit a claim through our self-service portal or through the TDA Mobile App.
You can also always give us a call at our office 248-347-3630, between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, and we can report the claim on your behalf.
